Kim Limburg has over a decade’s experience running a family-owned refrigeration and air-conditioning business.
Kim is a founding member of the Australian Refrigeration Mechanics Association (ARMA) established in 2015 after experiencing first-hand the devastating effects on our industry of the take-up of shortcut Certificate II and III courses that pushed and continues to push qualified air-conditioning and refrigeration tradespeople out of their jobs.

As ARMA’s CEO, Kim is passionate about the inclusion of education about natural refrigerants in all levels of refrigeration and air-conditioning vocational training and upskilling.
